This Cookie Policy describes the local storage technologies used by NEXO IP, in compliance with Art. 122 of Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003, Art. 5.3 of Directive 2002/58/EC (ePrivacy) and the Guidelines of the Italian Data Protection Authority dated June 10, 2021.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that websites store on the user's device to allow proper operation, improve browsing experience, or for statistics/profiling purposes.

2. Cookies used by NEXO IP

NEXO IP uses strictly necessary technical cookies only. These cookies are exempt from prior consent under Art. 122 D.lgs 196/2003 and the DPA Guidelines.

3. Local storage and Service Worker

The Service uses a Service Worker (W3C standard) for partial offline operation and to receive push notifications where activated by the user. The Service Worker is not a cookie and is not used for tracking or profiling: it locally stores static assets (HTML/CSS/JS) and the push subscription endpoint where applicable.

localStorage and sessionStorage may also be used to store technical UI preferences (panel filter state, theme). This data is not transmitted to the server and does not identify the user.

4. Profiling and third-party cookies

NEXO IP does NOT use profiling cookies, third-party analytics (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Hotjar, etc.), social plugins, or tracking pixels. Therefore no cookie consent banner is required.

5. Third-party technical cookies during payments

During credit top-up, the user is redirected to Stripe, which may set its own technical security/anti-fraud cookies on stripe.com. Such cookies are governed by the Stripe Privacy Policy.

6. Managing or disabling cookies

You can delete or block cookies anytime via your browser settings:

Please note that disabling session technical cookies will prevent access to the user area.

7. Changes

This Cookie Policy may be updated for technical or regulatory changes. Previous versions are available at /legal/versions/.
